SeenPulse is operated by Harborlune LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Business details you enter (name, trade, address, phone, website, hours, services, areas, review links), your email address, the AI answers we collect for your checks, and basic request logs including IP address for abuse limits.
To run your checks, build your reports and website code, send your weekly email, and prevent abuse. We send your business questions to an AI provider (currently Google) to get answers. We do not sell your information.
Your review page is public and shows your business name and the review links you provide.
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request.
